greek roasted potatoes and their three dips

These delicious potato wedges are crispy and spicy and paired with a tasty dip, you are sure to love them! you can choose one of these three dips or if you are hosting some friends, why not make all three! here are the recipes.
roasted potatoes ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
instructions:
- preheat the oven to 400f
- cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.
- toss all the ingredients into a bowl.
- layer on a baking tray lined with some parchment paper.
- cook for 40 minutes turning the potatoes on their side halfway through the cooking.
spicy mayo ingredients:
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons sriracha or your favourite hot sauce.

garlic sauce ingredients:
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

tzatziki sauce ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic minced
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
instructions:
- peel half the skin of the cucumber
- cut in half and seed.
- grate the cucumber using the smallest side of your grater but not the prickly part.
- with your hands, squeeze out the excess juice from the grated cucumber.
- put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
